• Any ongoing outreach processes will be discontinued in an orderly manner.
• All fees due for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
• Each party remains bound by the confidentiality obligations outlined in Section 07.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
